JOB DESCROPTION:

1. Daily Admin work in office
2. Prepare documents or reports upon request and filing
3. Arrange meeting,conference logistics or travel arrangements
4. Help on building team's value & practice by active involvement and communication
5. Act as an interface to communicate with other dept. or customers, and direct to right persons if necessary
6. Handle urgent calls with a process in place.


Job Requirement:
1. College or above
2. Good communication skill
3. Sound English skill with minimum 5 years of English Proficiency, and computer operation skill
4. Working experience in joint venture or in Electronics Industry?in relevant position is favorable
5. Helpful, pro-active, mature and quick response
6. Good team player
